An elephant said to be coming from the Benin Republic was spotted at Saki in Oyo State by some farmers.
A Facebook user, Adesope Habeeb, who shared the photos of the elephant being petted by humans said the animal came some miles within his farm in Saki.
It has been said that there are less than 400 elephants in the whole of Nigeria.
